These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Workhorse Academy's website, products, and services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing services, or using training facilities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Do not use our services if you do not agree.

Services Offered

We provide basketball training services including camps, clinics, private lessons, small group training, strength and conditioning programs, skill development drills, and other related services.

​

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule at least 3 days prior to the event, if possible

  • Review camp rules and guidelines to ensure your child’s readiness

  • Pick up your child promptly at the end of sessions

  • Accept liability for any property damage caused by your child

 

Payments & Refunds

  • Services must be paid in full prior to the first session.

  • We accept all major credit cards.

  • We also offer payment plans through PayPal, Klarna, and other options.

  • At this time, we do not offer refunds for training sessions, camps, clinics, or any services provided.

  • We kindly ask for at least 3 days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you are unable to attend, your payment can be applied as a credit for a future event. Please contact us to make arrangements

 

Cancellations

We understand that emergencies may arise. While we kindly ask for at least 3 days' notice if you need to cancel, we will work with you to apply your payment as a credit for a future camp, clinic, or training program. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services at any time. This includes camps, clinics, lessons, and other programs. Every effort will be made to provide adequate notice of cancellations. No refunds will be issued, but credits will be provided for future services in the event of a cancellation by Workhorse Academy.

Liability

Participating in athletic activities involves some risk of injury. While we employ all preventive measures and incidents are exceedingly rare, it’s important to note that Workhorse Academy does not assume responsibility for any type of injury, accident, or medical emergency that may occur during any of our services or events.

Photo/Video Release

By attending any of our programs, you grant Workhorse Academy permission to use any photographs or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes across digital, print, and social media channels.

​

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, and any disputes shall be handled by courts located in Hatboro, Pennsylvania.
